Dress Code Policy

Families can purchase Cristo Rey Boston polo shirts, sweaters, and jackets directly from Collegiate House School Uniforms. It is a local company located in Medford that currently partners with high schools across Boston. You can purchase approved school gear online or by mailing in the form directly.
As Cristo Rey Boston’s unique educational environment blends experiences in the traditional classroom and a corporate work setting, scholars are expected to arrive in dress code every day. The dress code is an important element of Cristo Rey Boston’s culture and serves to create a positive, learning-oriented environment for all

Be sure to order your uniforms as soon as possible to ensure there are no delays! You can order online or download a mail-in form (see above).
Cristo Rey Boston’s dress code consists of required components and several optional add-ons:
  • Polo Shirt: Scholars need to wear a polo shirt imprinted with the Cristo Rey Boston logo. Polo shirts are available in navy and grey and in either short or long sleeves. Scholars may wear a short-sleeved white undershirt under the polo shirt; long/short-sleeve undershirts in colors other than white are not permitted.
  • Pants/Skort: Scholars need to wear a pair of khaki or dark grey dress pants with a professional, brown and/or black belt or the official khaki skort. Khaki or grey jeans are not permitted.
  • Footwear: Scholars need to wear solid color black or brown dress shoes with solid black socks. Sneakers, boots, Vans, (or Van-like shoes), Ugg boots/slippers or sandals are not permitted. Flip flops, open-toed or high-heeled shoes are not permitted. Socks with logos, patterns or designs are not permitted.
  • Sweaters and Fleece Jackets (Optional): Scholars may choose to wear a sweater or a zip-up fleece imprinted with the Cristo Rey Boston logo. Scholars are not allowed to wear other sweaters, hoodies jackets or clothes over their uniform during the academic day, at both school and the workplace
Thank you for partnering with us on this important issue and for helping us create a positive, supportive learning environment for all students.
Mr. Ryan
