Our inaugural AP Seminar class presented their Team Multimedia Presentations this morning! Students presented their projects on research-based solutions for pressing contemporary issues in America ranging from Gentrification in Boston to the Death Penalty.
Today's presentations represent nearly 6 weeks of hard-work, stress, and triumph tackling some pioneering work in one of the most challenging courses we've offered at CRB. Our young men and women have been working in teams of three to identify, investigate, and analyze real-world problems at a college-level, consider options and alternatives, and present and defend their proposed solutions. In order to successfully master this research, students wrote a minimum 1200-word research argument, created and rehearsed a sophisticated Team Presentation, and practiced an Oral Defense of their projects.
We are incredibly proud of this first pioneering class of AP Seminar students!
