2.  Candidates who are invited to interview will be expected to provide the following:
         •  College or university transcripts
         •  Letters of reference and/or reference contact information
         •  A demonstration lesson and/or submit a videotape of their classroom

Candidates should be able to demonstrate a mastery of subject knowledge, strong classroom management skills and a persistent tenacity. Ideally, candidates will have at least two years of teaching experience in an urban school. Former teachers or volunteers at UCTC, Nativity Miguel schools, Teach for America, JVC, Inner City Teaching Corp, ACE, and Peace Corps have been particularly successful in Cristo Rey schools.
